Railway Crossing
From design to installation and sales, your expert in railway crossings
As the point where railways and streets intersect, train crossings require a great deal of labor to operate and maintain. Moreover, it is essential to possess a thorough knowledge of railway track and civil engineering technology to carry out proper maintenance.
In 1964 we developed a reinforced concrete rigid crossing structure and achieved a reduction in long-term maintenance operations. Since then we have continued for over half a century to research railway crossings and have developed KG/KF type elastic crossing structures to offer our customers.

KG type elastic crossing structure
(rubber-encased steel pipe type)
The KG type elastic crossing structure (rubber-encased steel pipe type) is a patented, original railway crossing developed by Kiyota in 1989. Patent No.1980328
KF type elastic crossing structure
(rubber chip type)
The KF type elastic crossing structure (rubber chip type) is a patented, original crossing structure developed by Kiyota in 1999.Patent No.2930586
Rigid crossing structure
The rigid crossing structure is a non-slab, directly-attached structure composed primarily of reinforced concrete blocks.
